There’s only so much we can fit in all of our other articles, and Origins still has more to give — food, consignments, arts & crafts, beating up small children, etc, etc
We had a few photos on our first day, but the foam-combat/”boffer” arena is always a . . . (ahem) HIT‼️

The consignment store is buried in the back corner of the convention center behind the food court, but at the time it was put in place, there weren’t a lot of other options on where to put it. And there were some real values to be found, especially as the prices drop as the weekend goes on.
There’s a lot of arts & crafts at the convention. Some of those were pictured in our minis galleries as they were focused on creating terrain for games. Origins also has classes for armor, leatherwork, comically-oversized foam weaponry and more.

Sooner or later, you need to pack it all back up and hope everything fits as well as it did when you showed up.
The area around the Greater Columbus Convention Center seems to be perpetually under construction. But there’s plenty of other places around Origins that aren’t, too.
Everyone needs to refuel!
