The Armchair Dragoons Fall Assembly will be held on 9-11 October 2026 in Cary, NC (adjacent to Raleigh)
This is a wargaming weekend focused on getting games on tables and playing as many of them as we can! There will be some changes from last year in table layouts and event windows, but for the most part we’re not expecting too many differences from what worked in 2025. So start making plans now to join us as you block off the work calendars and RSVP “no” your brother’s fiancée’s best friend’s cousin’s half-birthday party. Book your hotel, and start figuring out what games to bring with you.
Event submission is planned to open 19 July
Registration is planned to open on 9 August
There will be a limited number of early-bird badges available at a discount, but don’t forget that Patreon supporters at the Regimental Captain level get a free badge for all Armchair Dragoons-hosted events like this one.
Event submission is not yet open, nor is registration (but watch this space once it does). GM’s with 2 approved events totaling at least 8 hours get a free badge.
If you will be submitting events, do not buy a badge until you know for sure if the events are accepted. We do not have a good way to refund you if you submit events after you purchase a badge

We are once again hosted by the Cary VFW, which is well within between-game-resupply distance of The Gamer’s Armory for you to stock up on new games.
Our plan is the usual light munchies, plus some Dragoons swag, but this year we’ve got a dedicated door prize table in addition to the swap table!
What’s the location look like? We’re at the Cary VFW Post 7383, but we’re in the separate building out back.
