Little Wars has been a part of the Chicagoland Convention landscape for over 40 years. The convention is focused on miniature gaming from all historical periods as well as from alternate settings such as Fantasy, Sci-fi, Pulp, Steampunk,1920’s gangland, Pirate adventures and other alternate histories.
The theme for this year’s convention was “Independence 1776 – 2026”. The convention hosted over 275 games covering all historical periods. Little Wars is mostly a miniatures convention, however there were a few board wargames happening, in addition to a miniatures version of GMT’s Command & Colors: Napoleonics.
