As per our Warning Order a few weeks ago, it’s time to open up The ACDC for event submissions.
As noted in our “Event Submission” section in the Warning Order:
- GM’s need not purchase a badge to submit events, but all events are subject to approval before they are available to the public.
- GM’s are expected to have a full teaching knowledge of the game, as well as mastering the tools used to present the game online, including “hosting” the game in the chosen virtual platform (TTS, Tabletopia, VASSAL, etc). GM’s will need to provide their Discord user name as a part of registration to enable player comms if needed before/during events.
The second part of that is key: it’s not enough to know the game and have the ability to teach the rules. You need to know how to operate whatever digital platform you’re using for the game, whether it’s VASSAL or Tabletop Simulator or Roll20 or just playing something directly in Discord.
While we don’t expect the GMs to be tech support, and we specify that players are responsible for connecting to whatever game platform is being used, GMs should be able to walk a player through loading the module and entering the game space.
SUBMIT EVENTS HERE (must have an account with tabletop.events)

If you’re interested in submitting any seminars, talks shows, discussion panels, etc, you’ll need to work with our scheduling team to make sure we’re not counter-programming another show. While having multiple games with limited seats running simultaneously doesn’t really cause any fratricide among game registrations, the talk shows are essentially unlimited registration, so we don’t want to split the audience.
Keep in mind that Saturday morning through mid-afternoon (US Eastern time) is the busiest window for games.
If you’re looking for a window with fewer games to compete with for players, consider Sunday mid-day through the early evening, or Saturday evening.
If you’re curious about what the events looked like in previous years, here’s some info about 2026, 2025, and 2024 that you can click through.
