Armchair Dragoons PAO, 12 September 2025
Registration is now open for the 2025 Fall Assembly and here’s a look at the games we’ve got on the official schedule.
Our official event schedule has a variety of genres, publishers, and scales to suit plenty of different tastes. But if there’s something else you want to play, there’s going to be free tables available for pickup gaming, just like every year. We even have a small-but-growing Armchair Dragoons wargame convention library we’ll be bringing along, as well.
All links take you to the game’s page on BoardGameGeek.

As noted above, just because it’s not on the schedule doesn’t mean we won’t see the game hit the table, as we’ve had pickup games of Memoir ’44, and Fast Action Battles: Bulge, and Iron, Blood, Snow, and Mud, and Versailles 1919, and more over the past few years.
As a reminder, 2025 is our first year in a new facility.
Rather than over-stay our welcome at The Gamer’s Armory, we’ll be about 1-1/2 miles away, hosted by the Cary VFW
Convention hours are
12p-Midnight Friday 10 October
9a-Midnight Saturday 11 October
9a-5p Sunday 12 October
Badges are $65 for the weekend1
Our plan is to continue with our usual light munchies, some Dragoons swag, and whatever other prizes or giveaways we’re able to round up before the event.
There are a limited number of early-bird badges available at a discount, and don’t forget that Regimental Patron-level Patreon supporters get a free badge for all Armchair Dragoons-hosted events like this one.
As with last year, we do not have a hotel attached to the facility but you can find local hotels here.
Sticking with our usual schedule, The Fall Assembly is the weekend before the State Fair in North Carolina, so hotel availability shouldn’t be too bad.
See everyone in October for a great weekend of slinging dice!
