Watch this space - coming soon, an in-depth look at a forthcoming game.

Each game turn represents a period of 15 days. Units are mainly brigades / regiments with a few smaller at battalion size.

The very attractive mounted map consists of two 23.5" x 16.5" sections.

Note that the map used an area system rather than hexes, and this seems to work very well indeed.

Also on the maps are several tracks to record such things as artillery and air unit usage, turn track which itself incorporates the reinforcement information.

Illustrated rule book with examples of play.

Note that the version shown here is in Spanish. I am working off a draft copy of the English rules in pdf format.

Set-up cards, and no less that 16 dice! Plus a deck of 32 'event' cards, more of which I will explain in a latter post.

The game also has some interesting optional 'Fog of War' rules, and included are player display cards, DM type screens, and supporting counters. From what I can see, this works really well and adds a lot to the game, always assuming that you are able to play F2F.
