We had a thread discussing it a while back.  I didn't realize it had finally come out, though.  It'll be interesting to hear how well it plays as a boardgame.

It’s funny, I love when board games put out digital versions, but I struggle when digital games convert to board games.  Maybe because digital versions provide a lot of conveniences and good enough solo opportunities where it is hard to lose all that going to a board game.

Probably just me, but even though total war fan, definitely a skip for me.

Even funnier...I'm the exact opposite.

I don't like board games that go digital. I tried Conflict of Heroes. I've tried LnL Tactical. They aren't bad - I just miss the board game experience when playing them.

its probably just that you imprint the first experience you have with something, and variations from that seem 'weird'
